BACK TO EDUCATION INITIATIVE
Back to Education Initiative
Back to Education Initiative (BTEI) courses take place over two or three days of a week. They allow learners to gain qualifications over a longer period of time and with extra support where needed.
To take part in one of these courses you must be eligible for it. Learners must be over 16 years of age.
Grounds for eligibility include:
In receipt of a social welfare payment
Did not complete leaving cert (upper education)
Holds a medical card
Courses are free for eligible learners.
We currently have the following courses available:
